About Us

EntryTropical Acres is a resident owned mobile home park designated as housing for older persons. We are a cooperative managed by a Board of Directors who are elected members of the cooperative. Our lifestyle and operation is governed by a set of By-Laws, a Proprietary Lease and Association Rules.

 

New Residents are Welcome!

We still have several Shares available; however residents need not necessarily purchase Shares in order to reside at Tropical Acres. The Association has homes for Sale or Lease available with or without a Membership Share. Other homes and Shares are available for sale by private owner.
